Requirements for a Valid Claim:

• 360° Initial View: The video must start by showing the unopened parcel clearly from all sides to prove the original seal is intact.

• Continuous Footage: The recording must be a single, uncut file. Videos with cuts, edits, pauses, or trims will not be accepted as valid evidence.

• Clear Visibility: The unboxing and the product inspection must stay within the camera frame at all times.

Note: Failure to provide a video meeting these specific criteria will result in the immediate disqualification of any claim. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain high quality-control standards.
