1. Delivery Accuracy & Responsibility

• Customer Details: Make sure you give your proper and full address with correct number and after placing your order, stay alert on phone calls because the delivery boy might call you any time.

• Courier Coordination: Deliveries are handled via third-party logistics partners. Please remain available to receive calls from delivery executives to prevent delivery failure. Make sure you give your correct address and number and pick up the call when the postman tries to deliver it to you. There will be no refund or such.

• Third-Party Reliance: As we utilize external courier services, the responsibility for tracking and receiving the parcel shifts to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Re-dispatch Fees: Should a parcel be returned to our facility due to incorrect address details, an unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping charges required for a second delivery attempt.
